On the 5th of October President of Incotex Electronics Group, Dr. Yury Sokolov, held a first meeting with Mr. Ibrahim Hamad Al-Babtain, chairman of the board of directors of Al-Babtain Power & Telecommunication.
Al-Babtain is the largest Saudi Arabian company in power transmission and distribution. Incotex has started cooperation with them quite recently; however, our lighting solutions have already been highly praised by the SA specialists.
Mr. Al-Babtain arrived to Russia with a business delegation that accompanied the Saudi king who is also known as the Custodian of the Two Holy Mosques. Despite of a tight schedule, Mr. Al-Babtain was very willing to accept an invitation from Dr. Sokolov and visit Incotex production facilities during his first official visit.
The meeting focused around the global and Russian markets of industrial electronics, and Incotex product range that is of high interest for the Saudi partners: smart and traditional meters, trade equipment and LED lighting. The Saudi side expressed its interest in joint participation in trade shows in Russia and Saudi Arabia. The meeting was finished with two parties agreeing to carry on with commercial and technical cooperation at the level of working groups created in summer of 2017.
